My Deluxe Double Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Each morning, I enjoyed delicious breakfast options, especially by the pool. the breakfast choices were more limited than expected, especially for a place rated 5 stars. I noticed some staff didn't intervene when a group of guests was disruptive in the pool area. Soundproofing in the rooms was lacking. Despite these issues, the hotel's ambiance was welcoming, and the attentive staff made efforts to accommodate requests.

The housekeeping staff was attentive and genuinely apologized for occasional delays in service, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The pool's location can feel exposed, being situated between the restaurant and cafe, which could deter those wanting a private swim.

Housekeeping had its own hiccups too. some days they just didn’t show up until late unless I called, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to enjoy your stay.

Just an ideal choice for a short stay in Kathmandu with reasonable value. The fruit shots at breakfast were a nice surprise. Try to go early for a quieter pool experience.
